If I Was The Boss.......

You know everybody who is basically anybody have the dream to become a boss in their life and future. Everybody out there is power hungry and so ambitious to be successful in their lifetime process.

I am a blogger and as a positive person I tend to have my own company and be the boss of my own. We are all individual humans and we all know what we want in life, but we don't have the same dreams as others. It will always be different in all kind of ways, but the dream we tend to have that is the same is being a boss.
Okay now all that aside.

If i were boss......... things would be different around my company, employees will not be in any "work uniforms", but they would rather be able to dress to express, not to impress.
They would be able to dress in clothes which they are comfortable in wearing.

If i were boss......... my employees would be able to work smart and not as hard as cracking their heads until they develop headaches.
Being a boss is tough, but it takes a person with integrity, enthusiasm and power, well I am that person. That person with goals. But we all know that being a boss, you always need to be on top of the game at all times.

I would be different, kindly and unique at being a boss, but basically I would be fun.
Because if I was the boss, I would do my best to keep my employees happy, because I believe a happy employee is a productive employee.

But mostly if I was the boss......... I WOULD BE ME..!!

Life and ME..

What is Life all about? I wake up each and every morning of my entire life  asking myself one question.  What is life all about? And i always seem to find answers  in every single room at home.  The fan said be cool.   The window said be able to see the world.  The clock said every minute nor second is precious.  The mirror said reflect before u act.  The calendar said always be up to date.  The door said push hard for your goals.  The carpet said kneel down and pray.  The flowers said be who you are because you are always beautiful and strong!

Girls...

Wait, can we talk about why it's such a phenomenon for a woman to not have makeup on. Because we hate ourselves so much that we kiss our pillows with foundation on and drawn eyebrows, waterproof mascaras, so that waking up doesn't turn into a nightmare, right? As a woman who walks out the house and walks out in those streets without makeup more often than not I appreciate those days when I beat my brows so good that fleeking has nothing on me. I see a lot of girls without makeup on a daily basis, whether I'm on my way to work or school but I don't bow down to each one in awe of her bravely because oh, the rest of them with mascaras on, hate the genetic result they found in the mirror that morning. But hey No, it's not either hating nor judging the need for makeup, or what so ever.
